How can I make and order or request additional information?

Can I choose my own design?

Of course, you can get inspired by the pictures from the website and Instagram, or you can suggest your own design as long as it fits our philosophy (remember that we like marine fauna and flora!). Please bear in mind that we paint our pieces one by one, without using decals or transfers.

Which type of porcelain do you use?

We paint high quality, light and white porcelain. Most of our pieces are French porcelain, we personally pick up every single item. After being painted one by one, they go into the kiln at 800º C for more than 10 hours.

Can I use the dishwasher, oven and microwave with my OLA tableware?

Yes, the colour pigments are water and heat resistant. Nevertheless, we recommend to treat your items carefully and handwash them.

How long does it take an order to be ready?

The creation process is completely handcrafted, which takes time. Since every design is customized, we will need 3-5 weeks to complete an order with a few pieces. More time will be required for the completion of entire place settings. However, after receiving your request, we will be able to confirm this more precisely. 

Where do I pick up my order?

We will let you know our address in Madrid after contacting us.

Can an order be sent away?

Of course. If you cannot pick up your order in Madrid, we will be happy to ship it to you. In this case, the buyer will need to pay the shipping fee. Shipping fees will be confirmed before accepting the order.

How do I proceed with the payment?

If you order is customized with names or dates, we will request the total amount in advance. If not, we will need a 50% payment in advance and the rest 50% after picking the order up. All payments will be made by wire transfer.

Can I return an order?

Only if the product is damaged upon its arrival, we will send a similar one. We do not accept changes or returns as we work under request.

How should I proceed if my order is damaged?

We require a picture of the damaged item within 24 hours upon its arrival. Also, the courier voucher indicating the delivery date and time. After this period, we won’t assume the replacement of the piece.
